Translators wanted

As you already know toghether with each installation of AirDC++ these language files are already included (not like some other clients where you have to go hunt for them yourself) but in the past there have been problems getting them updated before the release and this we would like to change. So, do you want to be part of making AirDC++ even better for the future?

Got the 2.04 beta 2, was wondering if some of you happen to have an example language file for that version? So that I can continue on the Norwegian language file for AirDC++

ofc. we do. or Night indeed do.

There is some small changes we have to decide if we gonna implement in this release or next.
But i think example language file will be ready really soon.

Got it now :D

Have already made a new translation pack and shared it with Night.

It includes the new lines for the newest beta (about 10 new lines) and improvements of the old translation :D.

Yes you are

and togheter we are making AirDC++ a little better each day

Now all I want is to find Kryppy(Italian), ICU2M8(Danish) and Zafira(Portuguese) again to know if they want to continue translation for AirDC++ or not.
And new languages are always welcome too :D

Hello

I've been using AirDC++ since version 2.01 and I really enjoy this client.
I've been talking about it around me and a lot of my friends want to use it but they have difficulties with english ( lol !! quite weird today not to understand english but never mind ;) )
It will be no problem for me to make a french translation for the great client.

Are you interested by a french translator ?

Should I start with the EN_example.xml ( <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="yes"?> <Language Name="Example Language" Author="BigMuscle" Version="2.04" Revision="1"> ) ?

Hello

OK then I already started with the translation and I'll let you know when it's finished so I could post it for the french users ;)

It's a pleasure for me to contribute to the best client I've tested so far :D

Looking for anyone wanting to continue the translations for Italian and Portuguese since it seems the original translators no longer have time.

I have prepared a file with a translation into russian, it is not yet final version, and it will change. While translating I had problems, whether some areas are small. For example it is buttons on page `Settings -> AirDC++ -> PeerGuardian` or checkbox label in page `Settings -> AirDC++ -> Ignore`. Unfortunately, I have moved some fields in a file. I will restore an initial order in the following version. I am sorry, at me weak enough knowledge of English.

Thanks alti, you have done great work :)
The translation looks very good.

If there are some special places where you think the gui should change to fit the russian translation, please make some screen caps and post in a new thread (and if possible also state approximately how many characters is missing).
