Updated Norwegian language pack

Heres an Norwegian language-pack for AirDC++ 2.10.

A language-pack for 2.105 will be released soon.

i saw that u were able to upload it now... just update the old norwegian translation instead of creating new one :p

i removed the "submit file" link from the template to avoid confusion

Seems that someone had deleted the translation but i've restored it now :p The delete buttons should probably be removed from there.

It's working now btw.

I found some strings thats missing from the English example file: move up, move down, browse (located in favorite download directories), programs (located in file previews\add\browse), hours (located on the bottom of AirDownloads), Edit magnet/tempshares (located in sharing), Speed & limits (located in Settings) and some few others.
